Pete Lappin wins Rex Warren Medal

The Rex Warren Medal is an annual competition played between members and past members of the executive committee, including Presidents and Past Presidents. The 2019 Rex Warren was played at Driffield Golf Club on Wednesday 13th November and Pete Lappin scored a fantastic 44 points to take the honour!

Raybould wins Men's Matchplay on 37th hole

The East Riding Union of Golf Clubs’ Matchplay Championship final was played at the Ganton Golf Club on Sunday 15th September 2019. Conditions were cool with a northerly breeze when the match between East Riding veteran Alan Wright, defending Champion, of Hessle and East Riding’s in-form player Nick Raybould of Hornsea teed off.

Hull clinch narrow victory in Junior League Final

During the year five clubs have been competing in the Junior League culminating in the top three clubs progressing to the final at Ganton on Sunday 15th September. Those three clubs were Hull, Scarborough North Cliff & Cottingham Parks who replaced Brough, sadly they could not raise a team due to players with work commitments.
